Pros Flavour it is so awesome and hot and spicy like truly is so good. You definitely need to use a lot of it in a meal Cons Comes in a non resealable bag or closable packagaing Wish there was more in the packet

Wow.
Yup, hot. Very. Used these flakes for a few dishes now, great for adding a slightly fruity flavour alongside the intense heat. Heat, you say? Well yes. Cooked a batch of chilli for about 11 people and decided to chuck in half a teaspoon of these with some chipotle paste for smokiness - great result. No complaints whatsoever from the heat-heads and some approving comments from those who err on the side of caution. Added some to a beef curry with reckless abandon when they first arrived, not sure if I was being overconfident, or even blasé, but I do know that I won't be making that mistake again. Take heed, gentle soul - use sparingly and respect the unassuming little flakes.

Buy this good stuff!!
When cooking the flavour from the chillis fills the kitchen but hey this is not for the faint hearted.This chilli is so hot I can’t do without some in the house good value for money

Great way to add 'heat' to your recipes.
These will spice up any curry or recipe. They are very hot so use with caution. I really like these and I'm happy with my purchase.

Carolina Reaper Flakes do not burn fingers.
Compared to the Carolina Reaper whole dried chillies, these flakes ensure that fingers do not burn as there's no need to pull them apart for adding onto dishes. In terms of actually hotness, about the same I think. It all depends on how much I put and with type of vegetable. I had it with butternut squash, sardines and oats but without Carolina Reaper, its just very plain. Sweet vegetables need these chillies. Another is sweet potato. This is all of course my opinion only.
