I purchased these on the advice of a friend who suggested they might help with my aches & pains. Well I'm not sure it is helping with my arthritis in my hips & my tennis elbow as it maybe too early to say but it seems to have helped immensely with my sinus infection. I always seem to get a sinus infection after a cold & I get a bad smell odour up one nostril which hangs around for months & months but after taking these Moringa tablets it seemed to disappear after about a week of taking them! I'm only taking two a day as after taking 3 a day I seemed to get a very loose stool. It is supposed to cure diabetes but I'm not sure about that, possibly type 2 but I have type 1 & it seems to screw up my blood sugars a bit but that maybe I might just have to adjust my insulin dose. Only time will tell. I have informed my GP of all my supplements but they are not interested! If my other symptoms disappear in time then I will probably purchase again.

Good product

I have taken this brand Moringa for a month. No side effects noted. I don’t have diabetes so not sure if my blood sugar level has reacted to the supplements. But it does help me to open my bowels. I suppose it is part of the detoxification process. I did have pain on my left foot after walking too much before taking the supplement , but that was not improved. However my asthma has improved significantly, only minor symptoms remains. It comes as a surprise effect.

Low mood has improved and energy levels have increased. However unsure if it’s helping joint pain. Easy to take and I’m happy to continue using this product.

The capsules are quite big especially as I am not very good at swallowing tablets however I can do it and have been taking them every day. Haven't noticed a difference by taking them but will continue to take them and will update if and when I notice any change

I have psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis, i've been in severe chronic pain in most joints for the past 4 years, to the point i could no longer dress myself, and sleep was a distant memory. within days of starting moringa my pain was noticably improved, after a week i was almost pain free, i sleep like never before, i am active, independant, and i've even started to exercise.
