You can't go wrong with any of the Village Naturals bath salts/soaks. I'm working my way through the 3 pack, 'Stress and Tension' formula, and I'm loving it.I've tried other VN items and fragrances, all with positive results. I'm currently enjoying their 'ultra-softening' bath salt with mango and mandarin fragrance. De-LISH!The downside to these bath enhancers is, you will likely luxuriate in your bath until you realize it has long gone cold. That's obviously a good thing, when most of us are so stressed and pressed for time, we avoid a bath, jumping in and out of the shower. That's just wrong! A bath can be a fantastic Zen moment, if you let things go and enjoy.If you use the products as often as I do, you will want to shop for the best value. Village Naturals is not too hard to find and price varies significantly. When you find a good deal on one of your favorites, it pays to stock up.

I'm 23 and I have Lupus, a condition that causes chronic joint and muscle pain (among other things) due to constant inflammation. Sometimes the pain is so severe I cannot walk or really function at all.I have been trying and trying again to find alternative methods to help with the pain because I do not want to take hardcore pain killers. I have tried teas, balms, stretching, massaging, epsom salt baths, anti-inflammatory diets, I've even started supplements to add to my anti-inflammatory meds like cinnamon and fish oil because these are supposed to bring down inflammation...still no luckTHEN I CAME ACROSS THIS PRODUCT!!!!! This is BY FAR the best bath you will ever experience if you have pain. I had almost no pain after soaking for 15 minutes with this product. I REPEAT I HAD NO PAIN!!! My muscle pain was completely gone and my joint pain was brought down soooooo so low, that it was barely noticeable. That is a huge deal, my friends.****If you or anyone you know is in pain...BUY YOURSELF/THEM THIS...YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!****I cried because this was the FIRST TIME I had been completely PAIN FREE in as long as I can remember. Essential Oils really do make all the difference in the world when it comes to natural ways of healing, and this company has hit the nail on the head! I will definitely be a returning customer...because being pain free with Lupus is a godsend!

Adds great scent to epsom salt soak. Just add a few tablespoons of this your your soak and it's like aroma therapy.

These bath salts are wonderful! I use this one and others on a regular basis. Not only do they relieve stress, tension, and muscle pain, it is wonderful on the skin. Highly recommend product!

Village Naturals Therapy, Mineral Bath Soak Aches+Pains Tension Relief is an Excellent product! It does exactly what it is advertised to do! I have an anxiety disorder and this really helped with the tension throughout my body as well as my neck and shoulder pain! It also helped lower my stress levels! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something to help relieve Tension, Pain and Stress.

This product is more expensive than most products I have bought in the past for the same purpose. However, I found that the aromatherapy is very strong, which I really LOVE!! I do recommend that you use very hot water when adding this product to your bath. If you do not take a very hot bath, I would suggest putting it in a cup to try to dissolve the product first and then add it to your bathwater.

I usually get the green eucalyptus but tried the blue this time. I don't know if it actually helps my muscles but it softens the water and calms me.
