Unreliable diaphragm
This diaphragm is so unreliable. I have had my littman for 10 years and this diaphragm just doesn’t seem to get a seal, sometimes I can hear, sometimes I can’t. Would not purchase from this link again.

Good fit.
Bought to replace diaphragm for Littman Classic III as original part had become loose after some time. Good press fit, same great sound quality. Ear pieces easy to fit. Looks brand new again - and considering you'd pay 70+ for a Littman III this is not the most expensive given its going to last and last after using and using.

If you are unfortunate to have lost the original diaphragm which came with your Littmann stethoscope then you are left with little option but to buy this. Very expensive for a small circular disc! Advisory: never lend your stethoscope to a technician 😁
