I used these whilst travelling in Bali and can say they are probably the reason I didn’t get Bali belly! A couple of my friends got it and I was absolutely fine. Of course I was also careful in regard to the food and water but these definitely helped! My friends and I drank water from the springs during our purification and the day after my friends went down with sickness. I also noticed a difference in my moods and overall gut health. I will definitely be using these again on my travels. 100% recommend!!

I had two holidays in quick succession - Spain, a few days rest back in the UK and then a Tour of Asia (Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam) for 2.5 weeks. I decided not to take these probiotics for Spain as i thought its only Europe, I was also only in Spain for 4 days and thought the environment and diet i would be having there would be pretty similar to the UK. I have quite a sensitive stomach and have had IBS for almost a year. During my time in Spain i did feel nauseous and had slight bouts of diarrhoea. Upon returning my digestive health was very off and i had thrown up and had digestive issues for the following few days. I was in Asia for 2.5 weeks and began the course of Probiotics. I was very amazed but my digestive health was fine! I did have very minor intestinal cramps in the mornings but when popping a pill with my breakfast, i would immediately be fine for the rest of the day. Im now back in the UK and can honestly say, these tablets worked wonders during my time in Asia which consisted of a lot of travelling. I will now take these whenever and wherever i go on holiday, even if it is only a neighbouring country, if the environment is slightly different, i will definitely be taking these along with me. The only side effects i did have whilst taking them, is for the first few days while i was having them in the UK (as you are meant to start this course a few days before travel), i did notice that these made me restless at night while i tried to sleep. It was probably the good strains of bacteria working their magic while i rested. Another point to add, i was doing a lot of hiking in 30+ Celsius weather conditions and had these in my backpack. The bacteria seemed to have survive the harsh heat as every time i took the pill, i could feel them working. Another side effect was i did use to have a ver slight feeling of light headedness when i took this in the morning but after a few hours this sensation went away. Defiantly a small price to pay as suffering for digestive issues while abroad is absolute torture!

I can't guarantee they work, as I got a bout of food poisoning after a week in India. However, I do think they gave a balance to my system.

Ideal when travelling to distant and/or new countries where food will be different from usual diet.

After having a very bad stomach for 12 months. Lots of doctors visits & test, told to go on a special diet. Then I contacted a company called York who do some blood test & I was advised to take these for a minimum of 3 months and OMG can’t believe it. Definitely. Absolutely no issues at all now.

I have a super sensitive stomach so was nervous about my trip to Bali. Saw these recommended and took them for 2 weeks before my trip. Not only was I fine whilst away. My digestion has improved so much I am continuing to take them now once I am home. Cannot recommend these more
