Amazing quality chocolate for cooks

I have been using Valrhona Jivara chocolate for many years, it makes hot chocolate that tastes exactly like that found at Les Deux Magots in Paris. Jivara is also perfect when mixed with a praline paste to form the centre of truffle type chocolates. I have baked with it, moulded it, from time to time I have eaten it out of the bag just to make sure that the flavour hasn't changed! Worth paying the price for this high quality milk chocolate that can transform as simple dessert such as a chocolate mousse into something exceptional.

It’s hard to get Valrhona. Was absolutely delighted to have this in my cupboard again.

Great product - good quality chocolate. I have bought before with no issues but the product only has a 12-week life (April) and I’d usually expect around 6 months. (Product gives both a production date and best before date). It will be fine to use after this date but it’s a luxury product with a corresponding price.

Went to a master class with one of the worlds top chocolatiers who guided us through each cacao content and their flavour profiles and how to got the full flavours from chocolate. He advised letting the chocolate melt in your mouth and not the rush to crunch it. The malty flavour profile of this one is amazing (the 56% cacao was all red berries flavours!). He guided us using the Valrhona range and the 40% was our favourite. Well worth the money, snack sparingly due to the cost but so damned good!

Bought these to make hot chocolate. It is easy to use and melts like a dream. Tastes delicious, I even eat 1 or 2 as a snack. It is pricey but worth it as it lasts a while. I will be buying it again and will recommend it to my friends.

One of the finer blends. If you can make it last long enough to cook with it is great quality and delicious. One of the finest chocolates we have used and can only recommend it. Well worth every penny.

Absolutely delicious. I purchased the first bag to make a three layer cake. They were so good I ate the whole bag with a bottle of red wine. So I ordered another bag (a bigger bag) which after eating a handful I am going to force myself to make a cake because once again I stand at the precipice of eating another bag. I think about these all day long and when I wake up in the morning I just want one. Delicious , addicting and get ready to up your workouts because they are rich.

Valrhona Schokolade ist nichts zum Essen oder Vernaschen. Valrhona genießt man. Absolute Kaufempfehlung von mir.
