In fact, there was no stick! The board was not magnetic and I was very disappointed! **Q: Are there holes or spaces on the back to hang the board on screws or "S" hooks?** A: There are holes in the corners and they send screws but I just used nails to hang it. It is very nice and hangs securely in all four corners **Q: Is the pen tray removable?** A: It is removable.
