KOOL 'N' SOOTHE MIGRAINE Cooling Gel Sheets/ 4 Pack/Immediate Cooling Relief for Migraine & Severe Headache

So helpful, especially if wanting to avoid medication to resolve or if only having recently taken medication for a headache or migraine and its not near the time for being able to take anymore. These help for every type, I generally suffer from migraines yet mine are often at the back of my head, these still completely or greatly reduce that. They work aswell as pain relief tablets.Nice and cooling so instantly begins to relieve any temperature. The strips can be cut which is a good idea if using them when a high temp is present as they absorb the heat fast and can feel less cold than when applied. If the whole strip is used then I tend to remove it to let it cool a bit and reapply, this is really just when my temp is high, otherwise it can be left on as it remains nice and cool. As this provides a nice instant cooling and soothing natural effect it is my preferred pain management method. The gel strips aren't as appropriate if out anywhere as may look a bit odd!The menthol scent can be detected which helps and the strips may feel a little strange for the first time but they are super easy to get used to. Easy to apply, literally remove a strip from the box, remove the clear protective covering from the blue gel side and stick the strip over the forehead with the blue gel underneath and the white material side on top.These are the exact same as the in store ones, they have directions for use and I've found them personally to be very safe to use, they are not intended to be left on but I have on the odd occasion from falling asleep or generally being with a high temp and not had any problems however everyone is different so please follow the instructions and reccomendations given with this product.They are not to be used again, these are disposable, I feel the box lasts as long as what a box of paracetamol will. I also think these are great with the paracetamol restrictions now in place. I don't get pain relief from prescriptions because it's cheaper to purchase from supermarkets and online, I prefer online as they stock better and this product hasn't a quantity limitation! I certainly prefer giving this over to someone than pills, especially children. I'm allergic to aspirin and other pain relief meds so always happy to use this far more natural yet as effective product instead.

After trying other brands of cooling strips I’ve now settled on these Kool ‘n’ Sooth strips as my go to each and evrytime. Not only are they amazing value for money (especially when they’re half price and only £1.50 a pack) but the cooling effect works instantly and lasts much longer than other brands (though not the 8 hours still longer than any other I’ve tried).Within each pack you get 4 strips that are kept in two sealed bags. I do wish each strip has its only sealed bag so I could more easily take them out with me, but once the bag is opened the other strip still says sage as it has a plastic cover on the cooling side.As soon as you place the strip you feel the coldness and it instantly helps the pain. It also seems to have a slight menthol effect that stings a tad (in a good way) and helps as well.The initial coldness lasts a good couple of hours and after that it slowly fades but still helps for a few more hours after that.If I use it quickly enough it can help kick the migraine down enough that the pain med can completely cover it, if I don’t get it on enough it helps it hurt less. I would say though that it dose not get rid of my migraines alone and I do still need meds as well, but it definitely helps.Overall I can’t live without these now and they’re the first thing I grab at the start of every migraine. I’ve brought several packs now and will continue to do so and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Bought these for my girlfriend, she suffers so bad with her head at a certain time of the month. She describes these as "a lifesaver". She currently has 9 boxes in the cupboard as she doesn't ever want to run out. Great product! Highly recommended

Unfortunately a sufferer of frequent haedaches, especially in the hot weather; I hate taking too many pain killers so tried out these gel pads. They do work well, but seemed to heat up on my overheated brow too quickly. I did find however, if I removed the pad, placed upright on a clean surface and waiting a few minutes, the pad cooled down again, ready to reapply. You are limited to how many times you can do this, as the adhesive does begin to lose it stickiness eventually.So yes they do work well, but I could do with many more than just the four pads in a box; perhaps I can buy larger packs. Certainly a great, and more natural way for dealing with bad headaches, worked for me.
