Use a sewing needle or something similar to pierce the inner part, i.e. where the liquid should come out after removing the blue cap. I've been using this product for years and I've never had this problem, but this is how I would solve this situation. You don't need to be a scientist, you just need to think a little. **Q: There is not nutritional information?** A: My wife uses it for a sweetener with no calorific value. The bottle does not have any information about nutritional values so I would suggest contacting the manufacturers although I admit it unusual not to have these details on the bottle.
