Decent little kit - decent price
I recently purchased this sushi making set and used it for the first time last week. I am a complete beginner and after looking up tutorials online ect it was pretty clear this kit is essential!The rolling mats work great - there is a pair so you can get a friend involved - i would recommend covering them in clingfilm before use to save cleaning them after! getting in between the slats to clean is a little fiddly.The chop sticks seem of a decent quality and the PDF guide is super useful. The bamboo utensils are great and are recommended over metal ones as its bad for the rice ( I know there are stick sushi traditions that must be followed!!)Over all good kit and a god price made making the sushi a lot easier and more authentic.
