Fractured knee and needed a lightweight hoover I could use in wheelchair whilst recovering. I love this so much that I have ditched my Dyson and use this all the time, it picks up really well, much better than my Dyson ever did, so far a one bedroom flat with little storage space this is great value for money, easy to use, easy to clean, would highly recommend.

I'm pretty disappointed. At first I liked the product, very easy to use, after few weeks it started to fall apart. I tried to fix it and I did, I should have return it but I didn't, I kept it anyway, but now it totally fall apart and now I can't use it anymore, only 5 months and now it is ready to go into the rubbish. The seller didn't accept my return request and it should be there a warranty for this product. Don't waste your money, on the product itself and don't buy anything else from this seller, it seems there is no warrant on their products and it's against the law.

Lightweight, maneuverable, picks up well easy to put together. Has a fair few tools all easy to attach. Charges well. Handheld part is easy to remove on and off. Fantastic little machine. It's now our main hoover u don't need another one.Quick update after having this for 7 months and it being used every day it gave in lost suction and would no longer charge. Product care are however replacing my machine as its under warranty so can't complain with that.

I was really looking forward to using my Vac Pro and had read all the reviews and comparisons and thought it was the best choice, but I'm disappointed.It looks nice, is easy to put together, lightweight, and I like that it's a 2 in 1. But, it's just a glorified hairbrush and after following the instructions charging fully it's definitely not a turbo and the performance is poor. It doesn't pick up well, you have to keep going over the same spot. If hair or thread of anything is caught, thick or thin, you spend the next 30 mins clearing the head / brush...Really not what I expected at all.For the next model consider a flat brush head which alternates for carpets and hard floors.

I bought this because of the five star reviews - for some reason the one star reviews didn't all show up at the time. But it is an epic fail for me. I alread use a Bosch cordless which is about 17v. This is like a 19.99 car vac and even then it is pretty usless unless you literally stand it over the bit of debris you are trying to pick up.It is cheap plastic and even less than convenient, has to stand in a contraption rather than just plug in to charge ... So it has to stand and takes as much space as a normal vac. It arrives with the handle folded - which I thought was a good thing - sadly this must be for delivery only, because it doesn't go down again! I feel I've been duped and won't rely on reviewers any more. I'm even wondering if they were paid to give such brilliant reviews -- it barely picks up and doesn't last very long.First use, the filter was totally clagged - then you get covered in dust taking the next part out. If I could return for misleading product I would! A waste of £50 - save your money and get a decent one.

I chose this for my small flat because of the limited amount of space it takes up. It must charge in a stand which has a similar footprint to a normal upright cleaner, so not much gain there.it will pickup most stuff from the carpet, although much of this is after 20 or so passes.It clogs up easily. It needs emptying and the filter cleaning on each use. So it is picking stuff up.Two months in i found it was picking almost nothing up. The tube from the brush head into the main stem was blocked with an almost solid block of fluff. I had to take the whole thing apart to clear it as the blockage couldn't be seen of either end. My fault, but on putting it all back together, I have a small piece of plastic and a spring left over. The vac doesn't stand up on its own now, so although I know the left over parts are something to do with joint at the bottom of the stem, There's no obvious place for them to go. Stripping my motorcycle seems easier. If anyone find any parts lists or diagrams of the inner workings, please let me know.This is a good product if you a have really small place to clean and cannot afford a full size upright. Given the choice again, I would probably pay a bit more for something else.

This is very easy to use, the only things I don't find so good are the positioning of the switch at the top as it is so easy to press it when you pick the vac up to place it somewhere and the suction power isn't the best but ok to use for getting rid of crumbs or using in the car.

I'm really taken aback by how good this hoover is. It's powerful and picks up everything (prior to this I had an old hand me down that was falling apart, literally, so this is a big deal to me aha!), is easy to manoeuvre and the smaller hoover is great for picking up bits on the sofa or skirting boards. I live in a studio apartment so there's more than enough time with it fully charged to get around and while you might have to pull some long hairs out of the brush, cleaning out the dirt it's picked up is nice and easy. I actually look forward to hoovering now, because this makes it so easy and so fast. I am really, really happy with this!
