It took me a while to get used to at first, but it seems to buzz twice every 30 seconds and 4 times when it reaches 2 minutes. This is really helpful in making sure I clean my teeth for the right amount of time - I’ve never had that feature on a toothbrush before. Would absolutely recommend this brush to everyone and will definitely be choosing this model (or similar) for years to come. However, I have to say that I'm so far very pleased with it. I won't lie and say that I can feel a dramatic difference or anything, but I'm still happy that it's a reasonable price to pay for healthier teeth. At first it was difficult to get used to (the smaller brush head and chunkier handle, for example), so I'd recommend using it as a normal brush for a week or so, without switching it on, to get adjusted to the feel of it. Personally I adjusted to the sensation quicker than I expected, though the loudness of it is a little annoying (I guess that can't be helped). I have very sensitive gums, but haven't experienced any extra pain when using this brush. One thing that annoys me is that there is no battery indicator on the brush or the stand, giving me no idea when it is charging. I keep it plugged in constantly, so I have no clue how long the battery would actually last. Oh, I almost forgot my most important bit of advice!
