I am very disappointed with this product. I had hoped to find a hot water bottle that would last and was more sustainably sourced. This product has so many instructions that it is complicated to use. Within a year it had started leaking and is no longer usable. The seller has not responded to my enquiries or requests for a return/refund. It seems that the seller will not uphold the two-year warranty. I cannot recomment this product.

Took possession of the hot water bottle this morning and to be honest, am very disappointed! I like my hot water bottles to be flexible, so that I can mould it to parts of the body etc. and this hot water bottle is very stiff and not at all flexible!! Maybe it will soften up but calling this bottle softshell seems to me both inaccurate and misleading and I would not recommend the product to anyone; especially to those who like the feel of a traditional hot water bottle.

The water just needs to be warm fir heat to be generated.

Das ist ein ganz neues Gefühl. Die Wärmflasche ist aus stabilem Kunststoff-Material mit Griffmulden zum Festhalten beim Einfüllen. Damit ist das Befüllen ein Kinderspiel. Verträgt Temparaturen von 60 Grad locker. Außen ist eine wärmende Plüschhülle. Der Reißverschluss läuft schräg. Dadurch ist die Hülle beim Füllen nicht im Weg. Kann prima recycelt werden.

Fehlkauf!Da kann man sich auch ein warmes Holzbrett ins Bett legen! Extrem Hart und unbrauchbar..,
