is it possible to buy just the blade? the old one is broken and i don't want to buy a new product if i can buy just the blade.

do not make spare parts but I think that by going directly to the site of Tomme Tippee, it is possible to buy blades.

Hi I can see complaints in the reviews about plastic cracking and people finding plastic in their baby food, what is being done about this?

I don’t know about that... I’ve been using the machine for over 6 months know without any issues what so ever. I think the cracks might come (best guess only) from using the dishwasher to clean the container? I’ve been handwashing this whole time and have had not even a scratch... I hope that helps.
