I find the best way to use this product is in the evening after a shower and to wash it off the next morning - I have found that my underarms tend to get itchy if I don’t wash the product off within 24 hours. I have also found that using the roll on after having my underarms shaved or waxed has lead to my underarms getting irritated and stingy so I usually wait atleast 3 days post shave/wax before applying the product - be warned it does sting if you don’t let your skin settle before applying! When I first started using the roll on I was applying it 2/3 times a week, however I now only apply once a week. I use it at night and have found it works a treat. I also put it on the middle arm crease (other side of elbow) and back of knees as was getting a lot of sweat there too. Since using this, I’ve noticed hardly any sweat patches in any of the areas I’ve placed it. If you’ve not used this before, just a word of warning, it does tingle for the first 5 minutes if applying and then stops. I’m used to this now so don’t feel it anymore. I use it every other night and have found this works best for me. Husband is a HGV driver and he decided to try this as well. He’s very impressed at the results and how quickly it works.
