SO HAPPY WITH THIS!!
REALLY HAPPY with this Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer - literally had pools of sweat come out during workout sessions! I purchased the stick cream with it at the time I was working out. Recently gone back to using the waist trimmer and buying the stick again as I'm trying to workout more. Please be advised this should only be worn during workout sessions as it does make you sweat.

Give it a go if you work out a lot
It’s ok for working out but I find that it’s not tight enough therefore does not hold your stomach in not a firm grip. It’s a ok buy for training and jogging

Love this.
I’ve honestly seen a difference after three days. It’s made me motivated to use it more frequently. Now that I think about it my back pain isn’t as bad either. I started using it around 6 weeks after having my third child.
