Q: Can I wring the fibre and Cotten mop out by hand

The issue would be the strength needed to do this and not recommended if as usually is the case using very hot water. I use the bucket with wringer the supplier recommends - easy to use and not too expensive as made to withstand many years of use

Q: How can i get a refund/ exchange? i bought this product in jan/ feb and it has already broken! the connection of the handle has broken into pieces!

Q: How do you replace the mop head?

I’m disabled and had a hard time with this but if you stand on the mop strings and pull up to dislodge it you’ll see two holes were prongs of the mop head goes into the pole hope this helps
