Perfect and efficient kettle
This Electric kettle has been just perfect so far, it was easy to use as there was no coupling involved, you just bring it out of the package and use, the size is just okay for my family of 4, it does not make noises when in use and has a beep sound when it has stop to alert you the job is complete, the capacity is just perfect and I could not be more happier that I got this kettle. And yes I love this white colour a lot 😊

Not bad for the money
This is a nice 1 litre Kettle. You will find its light to pick up. And very reliable. The on off switch is a bit hard to push down but not so difficult. Poor slowly as it can dribble from the side of the spout (Its the tag moulded to the lid which fits in the spout). It is a bit slower to boil than a bigger Kettle, but then its a bit cheaper to run. Its a good kettle for the camper van. Also a good kettle for everyday use once you get used to it.

Inexpensive BUT
Consider the following before making your purchase. i.e. don't do as I do and simply went by the size and price. This is a lightweight travel kettle that boils 1 litre max, this will also give you an idea as to its size. Before first using one has to boil 1 litre water three times in order to cleanse of manufacturing process etc. From this process I learned a lot ! Even though 900w it takes roughly 8mins to boil max 1 litre. (So only boil what you need. I suggest measuring by the cup or mug the amount of water to put in but ensure it has at least the min but not exceeding max.) You need to ensure that the lid is firmly closed as it can catch occasionally. You must NOT immerse kettle or its stand in water at any time. I would not let a child use this as care needs to be taken when in use. When pouring the 1 litre down the sink I discovered that you should not try to empty it quicker than it is capable of. If pouring into a cup beware if you need to tilt the kettle extra to extract the last of the water since instead of coming out in a stream it will 'SPLUTTER' and shoot everywhere, could be dangerous burns if it lands on skin. Once you acclimatise yourself with its idiosyncrasies no doubt it will be prove useful. Cannot comment on longevity. What I would say is that having used it several times, for me, I feel there are design faults. The kettle seems more suited to a left handed person. I am right handed. Thus I pick up the kettle with my left hand and use the right hand to operate the tap. When doing it this way, the outside water level markings cannot be seen as they are on the other side! So to see the level when filling one needs to hold kettle in right hand and work tap with left hand. The other annoying feature is that, to me, the holder is back to front. The electric dock is on the wrong end i.e. should be where the cord extrudes. The result is that when you dock the kettle its spout overhangs the cord. I only wish to use this in my summerhouse so shall keep it but had I wanted it for constant travel etc. I think I would choose a different make. PS The automatic cut out was not checked but it does turn itself off automatically.

Small size kettle
My son and daughter in law bought me a one cup kettle as it means I do not have to hold a big kettle when making a hot drink as I struggle with holding heavy things and had had a couple of accidents when pouring boiling water. Sadly the one cup does not get to boiling point so I needed a small kettle for certain things and this kettle seemed to be a good size and only holding less water makes the weight much better making it easier to pour. It is good value and it definitely performs the function of boiling water. The negatives is it takes quite a while to boil even a small amount of water and it is very noisy, it is sold as a travel kettle so not expected to be used like a normal kettle but in my situation it works well for my needs. The base of the kettle has normal UK plug fitted so I am not sure how it could be used as a travel kettle but if you are able to use a UK plug in a travel situation that will allow you to use it, just make sure it is on a level surface when in use. If I ever need to replace this kettle I will definitely get another travel kettle

Useful kettle for travel
Wanted a replacement kettle for travel abroad where many hotels etc do not provide tea/coffee facilities in room unlike the UK. Previous one was smaller but also had the flex hardwired to the kettle base. Economic but a pain when pouring hot water. This one has a safety benefit of detaching from the power supply making it much easier to use. It is slightly bigger but probably better for it – and slightly more powerful. It's not actually been used just yet but will be soon for trip across Europe. Other than that what's not to like. Delivery good too.
