Excellent!

These have helped relieve the joint pain in both my knees. The pain in the right knee was relieved within 2 weeks of starting the supplements. On my left knee, which is worse, I did not feel the same relief. The pain was never really gone, but as I say the left was always more painful. I have not been out and about, exercising and working from home due to local COVID restrictions so thought maybe that was the reason for the relief. I have continued to take the supplements until I caught a sickness bug which stopped me taking them for 4 days. In that time I have experienced a noticeable increase in pain in the left knee, especially noticeably when climbing stairs and all my weight being supported on the left, so I’m satisfied they had been giving me the relief. After I started taking them again the discomfort has reduced so I am happy that these seem to work for me. I have made a follow up order to continue treatment as I believe they are certainly helping me. There not the silver bullet in my case but I feel a benefit of them so I intend to continue. I have not experienced any adverse reaction or side affects taking this supplement so will continue use and would recommend trying them if you suffer joint pain.

I was taking turmeric powder and it had no effect. However after starting on these tablets my hands are almost pain free and I am back to bellringing! I hadn’t realised how the active ingredient is so highly concentrated in the tablet which although quite large is easy to chew up rather than swallow. Great product which has altered my life.

Not really worked for me

I take this product daily and just switched to this brand as my usual one was getting a bit pricey. They look identical (!) and I haven't noticed any reduction in the effectiveness of the pain relief. Before taking turmeric I was in constant pain with my hips and knees after playing squash like a demon in my 30's. Within a week of taking them, I realised I hadn't noticed any discomfort for a few days and so they have been a constant for the last 5 or 6 years. Please note, I do not believe this helps anyone with Rheumatoid Arthritis but it does really help Osteoarthritis and wear and tear pain.
