LEICKE ULL Power Supply adapter charger PSU 5.5 * 2.5mm (12V 10A 120W) for PicoPSU, TFTs and LED lighting

I brought this to power eight ahd cctv cameras (4x 2.1mp & 4x 2.4mp 1080p picture quality & all using 12v power which was printed on their original single power supply units) which really struggled to do & had left all of the eight camera pictures all super fuzzy so what i did was i then decided to take out one camera at a time to see what the power supply could handle with leaving as many cameras in as possible with the cameras at their original brilliant high definition 1080p quality which at five of the cameras left in just the one of the pictures was very slightly fuzzy but when four were left in by using a 4 way cctv cable power splitter all four of the pictures were just perfect (& just to let you know when i had all of our eight cameras plugged into the leicke power unit with an eight way cctv power splitter cable the power supply units actually stopped working which i had thought had actually blown up by using to much camera needed power into it but once i had tried it again after about 5 minutes time with less cameras plugged into it it then thankfully came back on which i had then realised it must of been the back up over power surge device which the unit has built inside it self to protect itself from being blown up or blown out which thankfully had built in as i'am a bit of a rookie on when it comes to power supply units which i hope in with me in giving to you this review on the leicke unit that is if you are using it for hd cctv cameras helps you out as from me in learning from it all) which then i decide to leave the power supply in it with all of the four cameras plugged in just to see on how it struggled in dealing with cameras by on how much heat the unit would give off in on with it on struggling with it all which on after about about 2 hours it then only had gotten slightly warm to the touch which then 2 hours after that it was still the the same temperature & after 24 hours of checking on it, it has become warmer but not to much & to me is still perfectly suitable for 24 hours a day & 365 a day use to help us out on our four only cctv used cameras on working fine for us which i keep ourselves in a black cable tidy box which is supposed to me made of fire proof material with no air in circulatating around the unit which might only be the reason it had only gotten warmer on usage plus i have ordered another of the same leicke 120w 12v power supply unit & to use a spare cctv camera 4 way power splitter cable that i have to power up my other four cameras to do just exactly the same as my other leicke power supply unit does which will be put into the same or another one of the black fire proof cable tidy boxes which i might have four of the extra perfectly shaped spare cctv camera cable that are there which were made up in length all ready to use with the bnc & the dc adaptor power ends on, also i like to say that when we had our cameras fitted by a cctv system installer they had used cat 5 cables with those horrible balun adaptors at the ends of them which when wired up to each other with the smallest amount of wire which were screwed onto them & when lifting up our cctv dvr unit to give it a good clean up all of the wires then broke off from the baluns in with them in cutting down & back the wires & then in fitting it all back together again time & time and yes & time & time & time again left us so frustrated in doing this we then did some research on the best cctv camera cabling which would be the very, very best for our cctv system set up & we found & it is called, Pro Copper RG59 SHOTGUN CCTV Camera Cable which we got from ebay which i recommended to use a it is super thick cable & the quality of it is just great which it comes in all sorts of ready made up sizes which i was thinking of just just cutting the extra cabling that is in the fire proof boxes as it has taken some spacing behind our tv & wiring up some new bnc & dc adaptors to the ends to the correct around 60-150 cm lengths to make it all look nice & tidy which their are some good youtube videos on how to screw on or to crimp on & solder the bnc & dc ends on the cable which i might learn how to do on a 5 meter extra pro copper rg 59 ends already fitted on to me to do this which i hope works perfectly out for me on when i do as their are all different ways to fit the ends on which are available on amazon & also on ebay too with the right connection ways of doing so on youtube too. I have to say i didn't get a carry bag with mine like some of the others amazon leicke power supply buyers did but maybe the bag came with a different model of their power supplies but i'am not bothered about that as the power supply units are not going anywhere as they will be their all of the time & maybe if you are still respectfully still using your old but still perfectly usable eight normal analogue tvl cameras then perhaps the just one power supply unit which is the same as ours might just be perfect for you, as i do not know much about power supply units i will have to give this power supply unit 5 stars as after reading a lot of the other reviews of leicke different voltage & power wattage giving/using/capable of or handling usage of power supplys out their they just seemed to me to be the best choice of power splitting unit which i'am around 4-5 stars happy with my leicke unit.

Although made in China, this is far superior to most of the unbranded Chinese rubbish. Given the relatively small premium in price I think you'd be mad to risk damage to your equipment / electrocution or fire to save a few pounds.In particular it is far better than the power bricks supplied with the Streacom Nano/Pico PSUs which are just cheap models rebranded and then sold at a massive premium. Does the job so far. It's big but not stupidly so. Doesn't seem to get particularly hot, though I use it to power a 75W external GPU so perhaps not surprising. Maybe you can fry eggs on it when pushing the 120W limit, who knows...Must be stable supply-wise because I've not seen any Windows errors that might be attributable to voltage spikes.Hopefully this bit of German tech will last a good long while.

Purchased to replace failed power supply on Synology NAS. Have used Leicke power supplies as replacements for failed units in the past, and the quality has been excellent.

A good PSU for your mini itx motherboard that runs from 12v. Arrived quickly and works really well. Use it on a Giada Mini ITX setup with an i5 CPU, 4Gb's of RAM, mini PCi-e SSD and a 320Gb hard drive. 120w is probably overkill, but will be useful if I need to add further hard drives or USB peripherals.

I bought this psu to replace a chinese one for my Pico-psu that powers a 65W TDP Ryzen ITX Build. The overall quality of the power brick seems a lot better than the average chinese counterpart. During a 30' stress test, it barely touched 40°C which is a sign of its quality. Nevertheless, the packaging was really poor and there was no safety seal or any protective wraping. In addition to that, the reviews showed that the packages included a carrying pouch although the package i recieved didn't include one.

I will update this review again later in the coming weeks with how well it performs but from looks alone and the time it took to arrive (very quickly) as well as the way this was packaged, I'm very impressed. As stated on the product page it DOES come with a UK power cable (though these are easily replaced), if you're looking for a PSU to power the PICO power supply then this is a good place to start. Amazing for the price.

Used to power a pfsense router I made up, probably didn't need the full power of this PSU but didn't want to stress a device that will be powered up constantly. Quite big and heavy, but well made, and has been super stable since I built the device
