Good enough
* update* I have just finished laying them they look good the same quality as before. The problem, with this set is that they no longer connect with the initial purchase as the sides which fit together have a different pattern, defeating the purpose of the repeat purchase. [Note this is a six pack, this is no longer in the description. I put 2 in checkout, 6 pks arrived, each pack contained 4 mats] . I have purchased these in the past and they work well, I add more as needed and fit together well. This set was 4 years from initial purchase and look good. Pros: - Easy to assemble - used to protect the floor - prevents my home gym equipment from slipping - Prevents me from slipping - Used as extra cushioning for under my yoga mat - looks good Cons - They will loose shape under heavy equipment.

So quick, easy and comfortable!
I wanted to set up a small home gym at one end of my lounge. This matting is very comfortable underfoot, and seems to stand up well to he weight of my exercise bike and bench. It was really easy to lay and cut to fit the space available, and I expect that it will help absorb noise too! I was a little confused about the colour of this matting because I thought that the photo looked blue-ish, but the product is charcoal grey, which is exactly what I'd hoped for!

Stinky flooring
Its Okay.. does the job, the only thing I hate about this flooring that it STINKS so bad.. I keep them in the balcony, so neighbours can smell them :)

Decent for a home gym, but definitely smelly
These seem fairly decent for a home gym, on a concrete floor. They are by NO means possible to use as a replacement for proper gym/stall mats / tatami matts. BUT, if you don't plan to drop weights on the floor as part of your daily exercise routine, they should do. To give a sense of their resistance, you can EASILY compress them to about 1 or 2mm between your thumb and forefinger. However, put them on the concrete, punch them semi-hard, and it feels more like a punching bag than concrete. BE WARNED: they ARE very smelly. Like, you can smell the chemicals before you open the pack, and can still smell them from upstairs after putting them in a downstairs room with the window open. I can't see if/when that will go away, as yet. It's a fairly strong, chemically/burnt tyres sort of smell.

For home gym. Better than expected!
I was looking for rubber mats for my multi gym and free weights in order to protect the laminate flooring. I opted to try these instead because they were much cheaper and so glad I did because they are doing the job well. Ok so I don't drop big weights from a distance on them as they would likely split - I do take care however they are surprisingly durable. They support the heavy multi gym well without compressing. They give off a smell when opened so leave outside for a day or two.

Here's another use for them !!!
I've found that a combination of dementia, a deep pile fitted bedroom carpet and an en-suite bathroom can, in the early hours of the morning, be a bad combination - even with an extremely effective VAX carpet cleaner on permanent standby. I'm sure I don't have to spell out the details... These fully interlocking mats are an ideal solution as they don't 'leak' and, when necessary, can easily be mopped over. The only problem was that the carpet tended to make them 'walk' so that the interlocking tiles came apart in places. The solution was to use the remaining couple of rolls of the Scotch Brown C5066T6 packaging tape left over from last year's move. On the underside of the tiles of course...

Garage Floor Tiles
I bought these previously for a floor in my new garden shed and was so pleased with them that I made a second purchase for my garage. Not a full floor but just sufficient to cover the work area in front of the bench. They are ideal, rugged, practical, easy to fit and provide a comfortable and warm underfoot area on which to work.
