Quality is goos and the size is preferct for wveryday school food for my son. Though its a bit price but durability and it easy to clean as I have experience of branded lunch box but it was a disaster when washing

Very good, it is for sure a quality product. However, a bit to pricey and delivery costs to Europe don't help. I really struggle to open mine from new due to the vacuum inside the box, probably from low temperatures inside the plane.

I really loved this lunchbox until the latch on the lid became too stiff for my 3yo to open it, after only 3 weeks of use. I contacted omie directly who said they'd never heard of this issue, told me to apply olive oil to it and requested a video as proof. When making the video, I could see that it was actually impossible for my toddler to open it which prompted me to return it, as it was far too expensive to keep 'just in case' it could be fixed, and I felt so sad that I was sending him into pre-school with an expensive lunchbox that he couldn't even open. I had justified the price by the fact that it was supposed to be toddler friendly and he could eat his lunch independently. I hand washed the lunchbox after every use so I can only assume it's a design fault. The omie customer service team never responded after my email with the video.

was of very good quality but they are charging very high price which is totally unfair . i ordered 2 just because of the price i kept 1 and had to return 1 as later i found the same quality in even less then half of it's price.

Wanted a different color but blue was the only one available. Rubber gets detached sometimes and overpriced. Very practical, good purchase overall.

Apart from the fact that we spent £50 on a lunchbox… for a 5 year old… you can’t put the thing in a dishwasher which becomes a pain eventually. I’m not really sure that the insulated part actually works, we definitely had lots of complaints about cold (after warming in boiling water). But… Most annoying the lid got some water inside - we always washed by hand too - now Omie can’t help with replacement bits like this because they don’t ship outside the US and the company we bought from asked fairly soppy stuff like did you immerse the lid in water, we’ll probably - because we couldn’t put it in the dishwasher. You know eating well is so important for your children’s education etc so it seems reasonable to buy a plastic box costing £50 but honestly I picked one up in Sainsbury’s the other day for £10 and it’s really good plus I can put it in the dishwasher too. Combined with the fact that if it leaks etc Omie won’t help I don’t think I’ve got any value for money here at all.

bento box thermos lid got stuck in first use only. I tried to reach out to customer services but they refused to provide replacement parts outside US, which was very disappointing and local vendor never replied. Its not worth the spend and hassale, I will not recommend this product

Mein Sohn liebt die Brotbox. Sie ist sehr stabil und hält das Essen warm und frisch.

Lunch box très pratique, bien étanche grâce à son joint. Petit bémol : vu le prix, il pourrait y avoir un joint de rechange.
