As expected

I've been buying this fantastic product for three years now - only one 300mg tablet a day is needed so there is a higher dosage than many other CoQ10 suppliers offer. On top of this it is combined with Vitamin C, Vitamin E and black pepper extract to ensure a very high level of absorption. As a result of these advantages, it is simply great value for money - especially if you buy the six month supply.

I bought these when the Ubiquinone-based from SwissE became temporarily non-deliverable to my current country (not UK). After 5 months of usage, I have to say -- these deliver. I'm also an ardent coffee drinker, but quitting the coffee at will while on these is a walk in the park (tested a few times). If you drink a lot of coffee and you feel your heart a little jumpy, just lower your dosage to 1 pill in 2 days (instead of 1 per day) - but more importantly, improve your diet. I'm now mostly on fruits / veggies and some little light meat (mostly fish, chicken), yoghurt, eggs -- and I've never felt better. The important thing is to pick what you like, otherwise the diet is unsustainable. I used to take a regimen of multi-vits/multi-minerals/pqq-this/tumeric-that -- guess what, I've found out I don't need any of these if I use Q10 combined with a correct diet and a little daily exercise. Once you quit heavily processed foods, your hormonal balance restores, and your body is able to take all it needs from the whole-foods diet. The Q10 is there to detox you and supercharge this process. Oh, and one (for me) important thing - this product doesn't come in the classic transparent capsules - I believe these are unnecessary strain on the liver. These are just tiny white pressed tablets.

Definately seems to give me more energy I ran out of these and also found the ingredient Japanese ubiquinol has been changed to ubiquinone which was disappointing as they definately stopped aches from statins and gave me a big boost and energy went up lots when I started to take them after heart stents. I have taken them for 18 months and notice the difference immediately I take one. Because I wanted ubiqinol I tried another make they were useless and made me very tired. So I am going to return to the pure clinica and see if the ubiquinone works as good as the original tablets did by this company. They were also very helpful when I contacted them directly for advice

I've used this for a couple of years now. My energy levels have definitely improved! I can keep going most of the day, enjoy quality time (such as 2 hour dog walks on steep terrain), and rarely need to take a nap. I am in my mid sixties (+ ish) so I am chuffed with this. I have no idea whether it is giving me any other of the claimed benefits, but I just feel pretty good.

Normales Coenzym Q10 wird "Ubichinon" genannt und das hochwertigere "Ubichinol" oder auch "Ubiquinol" - es ist das derzeit stärkste verfügbare fettlösliche Antioxidans und wird von der japanischen Fa. KANEKA nach einem patentierten Verfahren hergestellt. Studien belegen, dass mit 100 mg Ubiquinol in etwa die gleiche Blutkonzentration an Q10 erreicht wird wie mit 600 mg Ubiquinon, was der Körper ja erst in Ubiquinol Q10 umwandeln muss – wobei diese Fähigkeit mit dem Alter abnimmt. Personen über 40 sollten daher vorzugsweise Ubiquinol Q10 einnehmen und nicht das normale Q10 Ubichinon. Im Produkt von Pureclinica sind angeblich 300mg Ubiquinol enthalten, was eine sehr hohe Dosis zu einem sehr günstigen Preis wäre. Allerdings listet KANEKA die Fa. Pureclinica NICHT als Abnehmer auf und auch auf der Packung gibt es keinen Hinweis auf KANEKA, der auf allen Markenprodukten mit Ubiquinol zu finden ist! Stattdessen steht nur "pure Japanese CoQ10 (as ubiquinol)" auf der Packung und das wirft doch gewisse Fragen auf… Was die Wirkung anbetrifft, muss ich feststellen, dass eine Softgel-Kapsel mit 100mg original KANEKA Ubiquinol bei mir viel stärker "reinhaut" als die angeblichen 300mg Ubiquinol in den Tabletten von Pureclinica, da merke ich eigentlich gar nichts. Ich werde daher die Finger davon lassen...

Ubiquinol ist die natürliche Form von CoEnzymQ10 im menschlichen Körper. D.h. diese natürliche Form (der besten japanischen Qualität) ist am besten bioverfügbar. 300mg ist eine super hohe Dosis. Ich bin 58 und nehme vorbeugend eine halbe Tablette pro Tag, und das reicht völlig aus. Für Herzpatienten ist (wenn ich den 2 Büchern die ich darüber gelesen habe glauben kann) 300mg die richtige Dosis. Die Tabletten sind oval, glatt und leicht zu schlucken. Da sie dünn sind, kann man sie einfach auseinander brechen. Also eine Flasche reicht für die vorbeugende Behandlung mit einer halben Tablette ein halbes Jahr und für Herzpatienten 3 Monate.Es geht nicht besser, es geht nicht günstiger!!! Das Magnesiumstearat macht mich auch nicht glücklich, ist aber leider in fast allen Tabletten und Kapseln enthalten... In den Rezensionen anderer Amazon-Kunden wird die Qualität auf Grund des günstigen Preises in Frage gestellt. Dazu möchte ich anführen, dass das Patent zur natürlichen Herstellung durch Fermentation abgelaufen ist. Die günstigeren Herstellungskosten werden nur meistens als Gewinne eingestreift und verringern meistens nicht den Verkaufspreis...
