This collagen has been so perfect for my pregnancy. It helped me get essential protein early in the morning without any aversions. I mix it into warm lemon water with ginger and fiber. It starts my day out nicely with a front-load of protein. It is unflavored and easy to mix into various drinks or into meals, it mixes best with hot/warm water. Cold water makes it clump up. You can adjust the strength as needed, I like to take the full scoop in the morning and then if I’m having nausea and aversions, I take another one to two scoops as needed to ensure I’m getting enough protein. Great product! I keep reordering it.
