Th Body Fortress protein powder has 60g of protein per serving which is a good amount relative to other brands. I like the taste of the peanut butter and chocolate. It isn’t overly strong in taste. The powder mixes very well in water or milk, using a protein shaker. The consistency is smooth and there is no lumps. I mix this with a scoop of almond powder and psyllium and it makes a nutritious meal before I go to the gym. I find it is effective at helping me achieve my protein intake for the day and far less calories than eating protein bars and more satiating. The container it comes in works well for sealing the powder keeping it dry and has a large opening to reach in and scoop the powder out with the included scoop. The price is also very reasonable compared to other brands.

Tastes like if you slightly burned Reese's cups in the oven, then blended it up. Not good, but not inedible. Worth the purchase at $15-$17. Costco Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey may be much cheaper per gram of protein if that's an option. Update: Strawberry is pretty decent, just tastes like strawberry milk, but some sort of weak medicinal taste also. Cookies n creme just tastes like Oreos blended with milk, so I definitely recommend this the most. Makes sense to buy if it sticks to the $15.27 price.
