Good quality for the money
I bought these to transport my rowing boat and oars. My roof bars are 2x3 cm cross section and these pads fit perfectly. Other reviewers have said these are just pipe insulation in a fancy cover, but to be fair this is exactly what they need to be, and you would be struggling to find pipe insulation to fit these roof bars (I looked before ordering and could not find anything that would likely fit). Also the cover provides a very strong velcro attachment that keeps them in place.

Great looking pads
Great looking pads! I can not comment on the use of them, as in actually adding weight on top of them but i have used one on my bull bar and one on my roof rack, purely for aesthetics. They really do look great and stick on very well. The wet english weather does not effect them whatsoever. Excellent product!

Nice, clear logo.
Disappointing. Not enough wrap around with the Velcro to secure on ovaloid roof bars. Could also be about 20 -25cm wider to accommodate the whole bar (standard width bar)....I would pay more for 100cm width! A good price but skimped on little details.

Perfect
Saved my kayaks when they came flying off some cheap roof bars. Survived a slide down a mountain and cushioned the kayaks to the point they were absolutely fine. The outer cover ripped a bit but very impressed with the sturdiness, will be ordering another set.

Just what I needed
They are easy to fit and remove ( I never leave them unattended on the roof) a little lighter than I imagined and a little thinner but still do a good job with a kayak on it or a small sailing boat or paddles and masts !
