Protective arm sleeves
My husband is a chef and wear these to protect his arms from the heat. They work extremely well and they are very durable.

Excellent Comfort & Protection!
I've been using the GOUNOD Arm Sleeves for a few weeks now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. These sleeves offer a perfect combination of comfort, breathability, and support. Whether I’m out for a run, cycling, or just spending time in the sun, they keep my arms cool and protected from UV rays. The fit is snug but not too tight, and the fabric feels soft against the skin—no itching or slipping, even after hours of wear. I also love that they come in multiple colors, so they easily match my workout gear. They’ve held up well after several washes with no signs of fraying or fading. Overall, great value for the price. If you’re looking for reliable, stylish, and durable arm sleeves, GOUNOD delivers. Highly recommended!

Great Support and Comfort, But Could Use Some Improvements
I’ve been playing basketball for over 5 years and have used various brands of arm sleeves throughout the years. I decided to try this one after reading some positive reviews, and after using it for a few days, I feel ready to share my thoughts. Comfort and Fit: The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was how soft the material felt. The sleeve is made from a blend of polyester and spandex, and it definitely lives up to the description of being breathable and stretchy. When I first tried it on, it fit snugly without feeling too tight or restrictive. I have average-sized arms, and the sleeve fit me perfectly. It’s not too tight around the upper arm, and it doesn’t slip down during gameplay, which is something I’ve struggled with before. The fabric does a good job of wicking away sweat. After an intense game or workout, my arm doesn't feel drenched in sweat like it does with some other sleeves I’ve tried. The moisture-wicking feature is definitely a plus, especially in the summer when you're sweating more. Performance During Play: As far as performance goes, this sleeve offers decent compression, which is great for muscle support during long sessions. I’ve had some elbow pain and general soreness from playing regularly, and the sleeve definitely helped alleviate some of that discomfort. It doesn’t offer as much support as the higher-end sleeves, but for the price, it’s pretty solid. I’ve also noticed that it doesn't restrict my range of motion at all, which was a concern I had when I first started wearing it. It’s lightweight and flexible, so I didn’t feel like it was holding me back from any of my moves. It also didn’t feel too hot during extended use, which is a huge deal for me since I tend to get overheated pretty easily. Durability: After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve washed it several times, and the material still feels as good as new. I did a few tests with machine washing (cold water) and air drying, and so far, the sleeve hasn't stretched out or lost its elasticity. The stitching around the edges is also holding up well—no fraying or signs of wear yet. Aesthetics: This sleeve looks pretty good. I chose the black color, and it has a simple, clean look to it. There’s a small logo near the top of the sleeve, but it’s not too flashy. It’s nice and understated, which I appreciate. If you’re someone who likes more colors or patterns, they have a few other options, but the basic black sleeve works just fine for me. The Downsides: Now, while I like the sleeve overall, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, I wish the compression was a little stronger. While it does provide decent support, for those who have more intense elbow pain or are recovering from an injury, I’d suggest looking for a sleeve with more focused compression. This one doesn’t feel as “tight” as other sleeves I’ve used, so if you need more pressure for recovery, it might not be the best option. Second, the upper band could be slightly tighter. After a long game, I noticed that it started to slip down a bit. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was something I had to adjust every once in a while. It would be nice if the top part of the sleeve had a better grip to prevent this from happening. Conclusion: All in all, I think this arm sleeve is a great option for casual players who want a comfortable, breathable sleeve for a little extra support and protection. It’s affordable, durable, and performs well for the price. However, if you're looking for something with maximum compression or more targeted support for an injury, you may want to look at a higher-end sleeve. For regular use, though, this one does the job just fine, and I’m happy with my purchase. Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely, especially if you’re not dealing with serious injuries and just need something to help with general soreness or to give you a little extra support during a game. It’s a good balance of comfort, performance, and affordability.

Just what I expected for the price... I'm happy!
I feel like these sleeves help keep some of the UV light from degrading my arm any further than I have all these years I've been on this planet. I have no means of measuring their UV blocking, but if nothing else... I'm happier emotionally thinking I'm doing something good for myself! :) . As with many 'cheap' items I purchase on the internet, I'm not expecting super high quality... but I'm also really happy when the product meets basic expectations. These sleeves meet my basic expectations. They have held up well during the use I've put them through, so dollars well-spent IMHO.

Amazing
So soft and comes with two I got it for work because I have to have something around my arm that causes rashes I’ve been using this for a few days and have noticed it’s lightweight snag resistance and it hasn’t stunk like most end up

Fine, not great
April 2025 I ordered these. I’ve been wearing them since (7-ish months now). Generally, these work. I do find they fit a little funny (perhaps after the many washes?). They do not stretch from my armpit to my wrist and I find myself constantly tugging them down. I wear them high on my arm because it does slip down a bit when it’s not pressed against my body. After a shift wearing these, they will be rolled down to my elbow so I’m adjusting whenever I can. The fabric is smooth and pleasant to the touch. Most of the sleeves have threads starting to fall out, as seen in photo 2. It’s annoying and I often have to snip them. Perhaps they require a more gentle washing and handling. The pink one has faded in color completely. No longer a pretty pastel: now a faded white. (Last photo) I wear these to prevent skin picking and prevent mild grease burns, and for those reasons, this product works well enough for me. I will be buying another pair from a different brand to compare, though, in hopes of finding something better. Short term these are fine. Just okay.

I use mine off label!
I use these off label for one of my horses legs. They work amazing to slip over his hoof and protect a wound on his back leg. They also make great fly boots. They're comfortable, breathable and lightweight enough for the horses to wear long term. I've bought these several times over the last year.

I got these sleeves not only to protect my arms from UV rays while driving, but also to protect my car door’s interior from getting permanent stains from lotion or sunscreen that’s applied to my arms. I’d say these tend to be on the smaller size because it feels very snug for me. If you have large biceps, you might find these too tight. As for me, it fits perfectly; it doesn’t slide down my arm. Love the colours, the material and the quality of these sleeves.
