Beautiful Transparency
Although this is not a premium brand watercolour, it is nonetheless a very beautiful tube of paint - rich in tone and gorgeously transparent. This 21ml tube is a real bargain, too. Opaque yellows are a bit of a mess sometimes in watercolour paintings, particularly when used in skies or landscapes. Raw Sienna is pretty much a paint box essential, and at this price it's a must-buy, I think.

Great paint the Chinese White is just what I was looking for and covers well The Payne's Gray is darker and the tone is different from the Payne's Gray professional watercolour if you are thinking these will be the same colour in both Cotman and Professional they are quite different

The yellow tube took quite a while to get here (Aus), so that was a bit annoying, but the product itself is good value for money and worked well for a watercolour workshop I hosted. 👍
