This is a great rack. I love the additional hook add on. It looks nice and not like a traditional shoe rack and I love that it has bigger spaces for boots. I don't own boots, but I keep my work bag in one of those spots. I like they included the top piece so stuff can be set on it, but it is pretty flimsy.I bought this to replace a broken rack (see it repurposed as a hat rack above this new rack) that was here when I moved in, the type where you hang each shoe on an individual spot. It was not appealing to look at and couldn't hold flip flops or boots properly, so for me this purchase was an upgrade.I knocked 1 star for this, because the metal poles could be a bit longer, but it seems like it's only on one shelf. Two of the poles pop out occasionally. Not a deal breaker, just annoying, super glue could probably fix this but then it couldn't be unassembled for moving. I don't know (because I didn't line everything up and measure each individual piece) but maybe the holes were bored a little too deep or maybe I just received two shorter poles and they ended up on the shelf?Either way, still an upgrade!P.S. The picture may look like the rack is not level or uneven, but it's not. I just live in a really old house (EST. 1885) and it's my floors that are the issue.

when I order this product I was a little skeptic I had bad luck with shoe rack before and I did not know what I was going to get... but surprise.. this is a pretty good rack.. steady, good quality material, good price and it holds a lot of shoes... I recommend this ..

Love the product as long as you don't have to move it much

The instructions were a bit confusing and not specific enough because they were just pictures. But luckily I looked at the items pictures on Amazon (the ones used to advertise the product). And luckily it was very simple and not too complicated to assemble from looking at the picture of the final product! Definitely would recommend. My only complaints on this product were the instructions and them not being descriptive enough. Other than that, it’s a solid and great staple for organization in my room.

This rack is absolutely perfect to store my shoes and purses in my closet. My closet is way too small and I needed some thing to organize until I can build a custom closet. I do not regret this at all. It is super sturdy, and easy to put together once you get the hang of it. Go ahead and get it!

Great Organizer. Easy set up and easy to install.I was able to get everything set up and organized very quickly.It makes everything so much easier to access.

It's sturdy but I'm going to homedepot to get some little mounts to secure it to the walk.. my last shoe rack fell over. Keep in mind most of my shoes are 11 & 11.5. I have about 46 pairs of shoes on this rack. Including the boxes

Not the most sturdy but it does the job- get what you pay for. Only 2 sheets came in mine so I’m not able to put heals on here because they will slide through the bars.

This thing was a bit tough to put together as you need some solid grip strength but it was still easy to assemble. Works great, holds a pile of shoes and fit perfectly in our back entrance.
