I get a pain on the side of my stomach, every year or so caused by diverticulitis. I take these for a couple of days, and pain is gone.

Yes this is a good supplement when grapefruits go out of season -- and even in combination with the whole fruit when available! Very pleased that a company has produced this!

To be honest I can't remember why I'm taking this. I come across stuff that says this thing does that, so I think I'll have a go of that and see if it makes any difference. By the time I get to the point where I might be able to tell if it's making any difference, I've forgotten why I'm taking it and two or three other things have caught my eye and are being taken as well. All I can say, and I've nearly finished the pack, is that it hasn't done me any noticeable harm, so if what it's advertised for is something you need help with then give it a go.

The doctor was unable to provide anything to reduce the inflammation of my pancreas and very little for the pain as I can't take ibuprofen or aspirin or the like. My pancreatitis, which had been painful for years, even after I had my gall bladder removed was not improving much. I searched for natural remedies and I was recommended to take three natural remedies for the inflammation: grapefruit seed extract was one, as a natural antibiotic; turmeric (with black pepper and ginger); and grapeseed extract, as anti-inflammatories. As a result, I'm feeling a little better, and it's been a long time since I had a painful attack. I will continue to take these tablets as I'm now convinced that my inflammation will eventually go away completely. Grapefruit (or citrus) seed extract is not at all easy to find as people keep confusing it with the popular grapeseed extract which is an entirely different thing. These capsules are tiny and easy to swallow. The flat plastic container is easily mailed to go through your letterbox. Once you realise you have to squeeze the container to remove the lid, it is easy to extract the capsules.

Gave me indigestion so I stopped taking them
