La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume Ap+M Triple Action Body Moisturiser For Dry Skin 400ml

This is a great all-rounder moisturiser. I was recommended this by my sister who had cancer and she was recommended this by doctors. I use it on my whole body including my face. It was also great at helping my skin when I got sunburnt.

I first bought this when I was taking Accutane. My Dermatologist recommended it to me... and at the time I used it on my face for relief; it really helped my skin and reduced the redness. Now I just use it just for my body, mostly hands. It is not greasy and provides instant relief from dryness, itching, redness etc. I buy a bottle every year and it lasts the whole year. It is the best moisturizer I've ever used. It doesn't feel like it's on top of your skin, it sinks in and feels like it floods your actual skin with moister... it's restorative. In all honestly, I wasn't impressed with the price when I first purchased it, but now I don't think twice... it's the only product I buy every year and it lasts all year. It works: plain and simple. I now buy other products from the brand and see the brand as providing foundational products for skin care.

Absolutely fantastic, I gave horrible excema for well over a year, the doctor gave me steroid cream after cream and instructions as long as my arm no luck. After a week of using this only twice a day it's almost gone. I am now using it on my face instead if the expensive stuff I usually use and it felt and looks better.***********UPDATE, CREAM STILL GREAT, BUT SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED ON AMAZON, I HAD TO BUY MORE IN A HURRY AND PAID 14.95 EURO in Ireland

Used as a moisturiser.

I originally purchased this item as the advertisement on television said that the lotion cannot be felt once applied. While this is almost true, I can still feel the lotion afterward, so cannot apply it before bed as I hate the feeling of lotion on my body. I apply this in the day and then wash off at bedtime. My partner applied this to my legs where my psoriasis is the worst. Usually, I have to apply steroid cream every 3 days to get rid of my psoriasis. I remember to apply the steroids as the outbreak is very cyclical and is worse in winter. Since I began applying the Lipikar lotion, I have not had to apply any steroid cream. My psoriasis patches have cleared up and begun healing (the skin is now becoming pink again). I was very surprised and delighted by this product. Myself and my partner now apply this all over, including in my ears where my psoriasis is the worst.

Recommended by my Dermatologist for extremely dry skin. Have used it daily for three weeks and has really made a difference. It sinks in, not greasy and I really like the lack of perfume. It’s so much better than any others I have tried. Will buy more when needed.
