I order a set of headrest screens. One of the screens worked fine but had some static noise emitting from the speakers. I contacted Amazon and they wanted me to return both screens which would have sucked cause they were installed and already being used by the kids. I contacted Seventor and they shipped me a new screen, arrived earlier than projected day, waited for my response to make sure it worked properly. After I confirmed it worked properly they email me a shipping label to return the screen. Great customer service. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I just purchased these and got them installed. I was skeptical at first because there is not many reviews and not many videos on them. There also a ton of different brands with similar models. So as anyone that does a ton of research I wasn’t sure. I got them yesterday and packaging was pretty top notch. Everything that came with it the actual model itself all seemed very good quality. I got them started and system on it seemed pretty basic but we just wanted to make sure our kiddos had everything they needed to watch on our trips or just daily. All of the apps worked and uploaded and logged in fine besides Disney plus and Hulu didn’t work either. I reached out and they got back to me very quick they had a fix and both are downloaded and logged in and working. They also were very responsive on other questions I had. They helped me get a boot logo on there to make it seem like it belonged to my specific vehicle. All in all I’m pretty stoked about them. Some downfalls which aren’t big. You do have wires which I can hide just gonna take some time trying to hide them. They do give you the ability to hardwire them which is awesome and a possibility for me. I don’t like the settings folder I think it can be more user friendly woth making adjustments to the screen. I also don’t like that on the Home Screen you can adjust the apps that pop up there. I’d like to have my most commonly used ones. I have not tried Bluetooth which I need to get headphones for my son cause he likes to use them as he uses the current ones for our dvd player all the time so I’m waiting to see how that works out. Only future concern is just when these get older how long with the android system on it last to keep all apps working and how long can the actual screen itself keep updating to work on the new updates that come out. Well I’d say I’d definitely recommend these makes your car look nice i definitely missed a lot of features it does have but the company with every question I had has had a solution or fix and hasn’t said they can’t do that. Looking forward to see how long these last.

I recently purchased, and received, a dual set of 12.4" Android 4K Portable TV for Cars Headrest by Seventour - easy to install (took about 30 minutes tops); look great in the rear of my MB 2025 GLE AMG Coupe; with great picture quality! Can't wait to take them on a road trip. I like the quick release that makes it easy to remove the monitors, when needed. NOTE: After about a week of use, 1 of the 2 monitors got stunk in a “Tablet starting…” loop that I cannot resolve, contacted Amazon who me in touch with the seller | I'm happy to report that the seller resolved the issue in a timely manner!

This product was helpful on our 16 hour Rd. trip for my seven month old baby. The like the built-in apps. I did have an issue with the Disney+ With this product. I also had an issue with the mounting space it did not fit my headrest bars. The spacing was off. However, I was able to attach side of the bar and it was sturdy enough to hold a Video. Overall, this has been an asset to our commute.

Will not download ANY movies! Netflix, Disney +, etc. so we download them on our phones and connect through the cord (because mirroring on our iPhone and android won’t work for movies) and it says error and will ONLY play movies if we turn on our hotspot. Complete bull crap and waste of money. The entire purpose, is to download movies for the car ride and in our case, 17 hour road trip. Now we have nothing. And for nearly $300!

These are nice, but you have to have them plugged in. For traveling, that is not really reasonable to have cords all over the place. They are easy to use if you're okay with cords, and they are VERY nice. Just not ideal for road trips.

The screens are very clear and bright. Love the different things that can be done while using it. The only problem is, they are too big to be in the back seat of a vehicle. Which that is completely my fault. I’m sure they will look better in a SUV where there is more room and your face is not that close to the screen.
