However, opening it can be a pain sometimes and you have to use another container to help open the lid. (This was what was in the instructions to open the lid) Review: Brilliant! So convenient - Love this. I throw it in my bag in the morning and it holds my pre workout, protein, creatine and multi vits and oils for the day.
