Price was right
Can't give it a 5, it was not a perfect fit for my type 3 DW703. like others have said the hole for the electrical cord gromet had to be enlarged and I had to find a screw to fit the hole where the switch mounts, but for the price you can't beat it.

Fit like a glove
Nice piece. My saw is 15 years old, I think some things have changed and required slight mods. Switch screws were bigger and cord feed hole was to small but we're easy fixes. Overall fit is great

Slight alterations needed, but worked for my Dewalt DW703 chop/mitre saw
I have a Dewalt DW703. This replacement handle works good. Check out the info in my photo. I had to dremel out where the power cord exits to make it a bit larger, and the original handle had 2 sizes of screws, but on the replacement they were all the same. So I had to find and use 2 random screws I had laying around to finish the assembly. To me, that's not a big deal, cause I'm back up and running. All in all, it's totally worth it to keep on keeping on. ;-)

Did not fit but made it work with some modifications
Some of the screw holes were too big so the stock screws would not screw into them. Had to fill with hot glue to make them work. Also the cord exit hole was too small so had to drill it bigger for the cord to fit. If you are not handy then this product would not work for you.

Great replacement handle for DeWalt Chop saw
My original handle broke, and this one worked perfectly. It was easy to assemble, replacing the broken handle, and the instructions were easy to follow. My saw is cutting perfectly again. Would purchase again!
