both only sealed partially so the water drips from them and allows water through to the hose head albeit at a reduced rate than if they weren't there.

Neither of the taps make any effort to shut off the water. The ball valves turn ok but water just leaks passed, they are very expensive and utterly useless.

These weren't right for my xhoselectricity or they were inferior to the valve unit that came with the original. Water escapedamage everywhere so not enough pressure to make the hose effective. So redundant. Given up now on xhose Too expensive and my second one in three years. Head broke off on 2nd so I think quality lessened.
