Q: Can someone tell me the hole increments? i'm debating on sizes. small is 12-16 and med is 16-20. my dog's neck measures 16. size up or down?

my dogs neck is 18 inches i got him the 22 inch collar, the holes are 1 inch from center to center on the collar. So he is hooked into the 3rd hole from the end giving me 2 more holes if he grows or i need to put it on another pup. I love this color and it charges great. Its only on my dogs at night when we are outside in the fields/barns etc.

Q: My collar works while plugged in but won't turn on when I unplug it. Useless as my dog can't wear when plugged in :( any ideas??

Return it and get another It should work without having to be plugged in; ours does…. And it holds a charge for quite a while

This exact thing didn't happen to me but what did happen was, the collar was charged and one night after using it, the collar wouldn't turn off. It eventually died and then I charged it again to see if it worked, fortunately it did. However, I still encounter this issue with the collar unfortunately.
