Pleasant taste! Makes my one knee feel much better...when I get aches in my one knee, I know something needs to be taken, and if I take some regular fish oil, it sometimes gives me a somewhat odd feeling like I've eaten seaweed earlier, heh. This is lemon flavored and so much easier to take without the sea coming back into play. I mean, I love seaweed, but sometimes I'd rather not have it repeating.

I was hesitant to even buy it because, well, it’s fish oil. However I bought the lemon flavor and was pleasantly surprised the fish taste was minimal. I took the recommended dose right from the spoon! I’ll definitely be buying more as needed.

This is not a bad taste. I just slam some back every morning. I definately can tell the difference! It helps my psoriasis which could possible also be because of the vitamin D but it helps a lot. My joints are feeling much better. It is a process but it doesn't take long before you will notice a difference, especially for skin.

I could give a 5 star, because I am satisfied with the product, when I was a kid, my mother & grandmother use to give me and my siblings cod liver oil! I'm 71 years old and I feel overall extra something-energy? healthy? Something!

Just what I was looking for

Highly recommend to all! Nearly zero fish taste and light mouth feel. I tried many. This one shocked me. I do not fear looking at the label. On front of tongue no taste and hint on lemon. Back of tongue after a swallow a hint of I think I had something of fish but so faint. Here is trick! One drop of fresh lemon on your tongue and thus cod liver oil? BOOM. WINNER WINNER HEALTH BOMB DINNER...breakfast 😝

Good unobtrusive flavor. Right proportion of A and D vitamins. A pouring spout that prevents messy drips.
