Update 3/10/2024I am changing my rating on this product from 1 star to 5.I contacted the seller and I explained the problem, i told them i didn't want money back and only would like to exchange the shower head. It took about 3 weeks and I had delivery, and it was completely new set.I appreciate this , my new set works great, thanks so much.First, I would like to say I would love this shower and handle and would give 5 stars but ... I ordered it in July 2023 however in May I broke my leg with a lot of complications and I was in rehab for a few months. I asked my friend to install this shower in my guest bathroom and he did. In November finally, I was able to walk but I was using the handle or my other bathroom to shower. A week ago I took a shower in my guest bathroom instead of my bedroom bathroom and I noticed water all over my walls and around my electric plug, thinking that standing under the shower was too much splash and I only have a 3/4 height of a wall and water was splashing over. Today I found the problem, the corner of my shower head has a hole, and it does not close the edges of the top and the bottom plates of the shower head. A strong stream hits the wall and water goes over the top of my wall. If there were no hole I would give it 5 stars but I can't. I don't think I can return the shower head because it was purchased in July 2023 so I have to spend more money to buy another shower head, on the other hand, I think that things like this should last more than just a few months and the top was used twice. I really would like this set but it is a problem which can't let me use it. Also please notice in the video I opened the water just a little bit because splashes all over the walls and over it. annoying

EDIT:product was replaced promptly. And it is now installed and we love it. The only thing that could br better is a little more pressure from the rain shower part. But, overall very pleased.Another improvement would be some kind of click or something on the handset to more easily identify where settings change. With no clicks to count, it is way too easy to accidentally switch to the high pressure settings and spray water in unexpected direction.Both overhead and hand piece are best when only one or the other is used. When both are on at the same time, the pressure is reduced, but still decent amount of pressure, and there is a flow diverter in the handset that allows custom adjustment of the waterflow between the overhead and handset, which is a nice feature.I was so excited the day this came. But it was missing the 3 way diverted, so I was unable to install and use it. I have requested a replacement item, so will have to wait. Will update my review once I receive the replacement part or product and am able to try it out.

The media could not be loaded. I rarely give a five star review and I will go back and change it if I should deem it necessary after some use. However, my first initial impressions are very good.Installing will take some DIY experience with plumbing, specifically when it comes to making sure that threads are taped correctly and rubber washers are used correctly.Specially take special care when it comes to attaching the splitter to your main before attaching the extension. You’ll need to double up on the washers. Then you’ll want to double the washers on the hose connection to the splitter as well.Remember to re tape threads of you have to remove for any reason.The quality of the product is good, with care and attention to function it should last.Shower head and handheld have great pressure and the jet feature on the handheld is great for cleaning. I could see this being used for out doors showers like a pool easily.

I bought two of these for my bathroom and for my children’s bathroom and they work lovely. Makes me feel like I’m in a rainfall and I love the separate sprayer where you can use it to clean the inside of the shower or to just spray on you separately then standing up underneath the showerhead. This is a must have.

The rainfall shower is great with the addition of the handheld shower, but the adhesive force of the shower bracket is not strong at all. We ordered this 2 months ago and recently the handheld shower is no longer supported by that tape. This entire thing should be attached to a tube as one part well as the switch to control where the water should come from. Its so high up that I, myself, as a tall person cannot reach- I am required to stand on the side of the bathtub to be able to adjust the settings. The design of this all is so plain and temporary.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:In reasonable bend, broke after a year

I hooked this setup in my bathroom and also installed an inline water filter. Even with the water filter the water output on both the rain head and the shower wand are awesome. The quality is surprisingly good! If you use adequate teflon tape when installing the product you will have zero leaks. Great product, amazing price!It's Dec 2024 and it's still holding up well and it still looks great. No leaks!!!
