Absolutely brilliant, the best ear buds I've ever used. Initially purchased for Teams calls but now become my go to ear pods / buds

As always I did two weeks of over the top research and although I wanted some Sony buds, they weren't in my budget. These were and turned out to be well worth the effort. Great buds and I don't think you will be disapointed. The charge hold on the case is great as well, the best I've had for holding charge.

Horrid rattling / crackling noise when you use noise cancelling on and off. Would love to say this was a one off issue - but they sent me out a replacement pair (thanks) that had the exact same issue as the first pair after a handful of uses.I'd just avoid these all together, save the time having to cart the returns here and there to try and get a pair that actually works.They also don't have the best connection, it a bit of a pain to connect them to the phone.

These appear to be a good product, however I have one gripe. For some reason they are reluctant to recharge. Often I will take them out of the plugged in charging case to find they are flat. Is this a know. Issue?

Sound quality and ANC are both excellent but I unfortunately had to return two pairs of these earbuds (one pair I originally bought and a replacement pair) due to a consistent mechanical buzzing noise in the left ear bud of both pairs. On the replacement pair of earbuds, this buzzing developed into a very loud noise that appeared randomly and in some instances covered the sound of the music and audiobook I was playing.This is very unfortunate as I have bought other headphone models from jabra before and really enjoy their earbuds but I will not be purchasing a third pair of this model.
