I love the Natalist brand, and these postnatal vitamins are a great addition to my postpartum care routine! I often took the natalist prenatal chewable vitamins, so these are a natural next step now that our baby is here and my needs have changed. They’re easy on the stomach and knowing these were developed by moms and doctors gives me a lot of confidence taking them.

Completely disappointed how I received these vitamins. I don’t see how the bottle is smashed all over but the ‘sealed for protection is still on’. How did the air get out??? 🤔 now I don’t trust these!!!

I've used Natalist products before and have been really pleased with all of them. They are definitely on the more expensive end of things but it is definitely a get what you pay for situation. The formulation of this takes out a lot of the guesswork when it comes to postpartum nutrition. I'm kind of a stickler for that sort of thing, so I appreciate this product a lot. My package came in slightly damaged, as if someone with a kung-fu grip had squeezed the bottle, but the capsules were intact. They are certainly very...earthy smelling and kind of large (though not as large as others I've taken), so be aware of that if you have issues with taking supplements. You take 3 capsules a day, and there is a 30 day supply. If you can justify the price and are willing to trade off smell/taste for a good formulation, I would absolutely say to go for it.

I have truly liked everything from this brand that Ihave used so far! The bottle says it is formulated by a Doctor which is important! The Ingredients are all essential and great! I have been breastfeeding for 13 months now and know how important these extra nutrients are! The price Is very comparable to other brands.My only complaint is that the smell and taste is strong!! Not the greatest either! I could smell it going down and I wanted to puke. I burped once and it tasted so bad!! I went to bed shortly after and had no issues in the morning. It is definitely tolerable but not great!Another issue is that my 13 month old was able to open this pill bottle pretty effortlessly so it isn’t very child proof! Just keep it high and away!Overall this is a solid product with all the right nutrients you will need!

It won’t bother at all since these are easy to swallow. It’s just the first time when you open it, the flavor is quite unexpected. I tried to find if there is anything in the ingredients that made this smell. It’s all the multivitamins and DHA so I have no idea. I don’t think it’s a problem because I don’t want manufacturers to add anything unnatural to hide it. I tried other products from this brand and I really really enjoyed the benefit, so I trust that it is a great product despite its smell. 3 pills per day so it will last me an month.

The smell is terrible

These postpartum pills are veggie capsules with powder inside. The bottle arrived warped, but the pills were undamaged. I've had this happen with other brands where the pills have liquid inside and explode, but this powder formula is a safe bet for that to not happen.The pills themselves are easy to swallow. The inside of the bottle smells like fish food, and it tastes like fish food in your mouth. It leaves a strange fish food aftertaste as well. If you've ever had a pet fish, you understand what this smell is. However, it doesn't smell fishy like fish oil and it doesn't give me fishy burps. It is gentle on my stomach and I haven't had any kind of reaction to it. I feel completely normal, which is good.The percentage of nutrients in this postnatal pill is comparable to the prenatal pills that I have taken. In comparison, this pill appears to be on the higher end for Vitamin D, and a little on the lower end for nearly everything else.
