Thicker and matte-appearance hair
I have pretty thin and weak hair, which tends to get quite shiny as the day goes on. This makes styling it a bit of a problem. But I've been using this hair dust for about 5-10 years now, and that's because it basically nullifies the above. If you give a good few puffs of dust onto the hair and style it, you'll get pretty good hold (nothing that holds back a good wind) and a matte appearance almost immediately. To this end, it's better than gel (shiny appearance) and clay (difficult to style often, and doesn't seem to hold its shape for as long as this dust does). I'm not totally sure about the long term health risk with breathing in the excess dust though... Anyway, worth it. Probably.

From Flat to Full in 10 Seconds Flat. This Stuff is Actual Magic
For years, I've been fighting a losing battle with my fine, flat hair. No matter what gel, wax, or mousse I tried, my style would either look greasy or completely collapse within an hour. I had basically given up on ever having hair with any real volume or texture. I was skeptical about a "styling powder," but this stuff is a complete game-changer. You just tap a tiny amount directly onto the roots of your dry hair, work it in with your fingertips, and it's like you've instantly defied gravity. The volume and texture appear out of nowhere. The best part is that it feels like absolutely nothing is in your hair; it just feels thicker, fuller, and incredibly easy to shape. And the hold is where it truly earns its five stars. It's not a stiff, crunchy, helmet-like hold at all. It’s a pliable, reworkable hold that somehow lasts the entire day. Through a windy commute and a long day at the office, my hair still has the same lift and textured style it had in the morning. There is zero stickiness, no shine, and no greasy residue, just a perfect, natural-looking matte finish. Pros: Provides instant, massive volume right from the roots. Incredibly strong yet flexible hold that lasts all day long. Completely invisible with a true matte finish (no shine or greasiness). A tiny amount goes a very long way, so one bottle will last for ages. A Quick Tip: This powder is powerful, so start with less than you think you need. You can always add a little more if required, but it's easy to overdo it at first. Final Verdict: Honestly, this Fudge Urban powder has completely revolutionized my daily routine. If you have fine, thin, or flat hair and have all but given up on finding a product that provides lasting volume without the weight or grease, this is the holy grail you've been searching for. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

THINNING MAN’S (OR WOMAN’S) BEST FRIEND
LOVE THIS! I’m in my early 40’s, receding and thinning with curly hair. How do I use it? After washing hair at night and applying a curl cream, I let it dry over night. Next day before teasing out the curls to look natural (curly hair people will get me) I dust this all over, avoiding the very front. The action of rubbing my hands through my curls at the scalp give immediate lift and volume, as if I have double the amount of hair. Finish with hair spray if you are going outside, no need for wax. If it’s a nice day, no need - provides a decent amount of hold to the lift. VERY NATURAL LOOKING. Helps add texture, it’s literally powder, you won’t feel it go on. Washes out easily - though takes me two goes with the shampoos to lather up and feel really clean. Hardly a deal breaker. Overall hair looks thicker and like you have a lot more of it.

Lasts all day though nozzle gets blocked
Constantly reordering this. It's matte and doesn't have any shine, it's got good spray nozzle and if you give it a quick douse over your hair it's plenty. It works best with medium-length hair. It lasts me all day usually. I do find the nozzle gets blocked up with the spray and sometimes it ends up flying in several directions and you'll have to pick it off like hard gum.

good but need a lot
It gives good hold but you have to use quite a bit to get the style you want if you have a lifted pomp hairstyle. Their urban fudge matt hairwax is a better product. The good thing about urban fudge products is that they wash out easily and do last all day.

very nice smell and it performs wonderfully.
It smells lovely, like actual fudge lol. It's somewhat expensive for the quantity compared to other products but i'd rather smell fudgey than perfumey. It does a great job at holding hair that's just been put into shape and you don't need a lot of it to get good coverage, It was still holding my hair in shape the day after and it was very easy to wash out without my scalp being caked in product. I've used matte clay before and i just dont like it as while my hairdresser can apply it professionally and make it look good i either apply too much or too little or i end up clumping my hair together horrible, however with urban fudge hair spray i can shape and style my hair and quickly spritz it and wallah i have the perfect hairdo! I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be able to style their hair easily without fuss.

A strong hold wax powder, great for fine hair
For years, I struggled to find a product that would give my fine, blond hair the hold it needed without weighing it down or leaving it looking greasy. Then my hairdresser recommended wax powder, and it's been a revelation! This particular powder is incredibly lightweight and easy to use but offers a very firm hold. I just sprinkle a small amount onto my hair and work it in with my fingers. It provides a natural-looking and strong hold. It's worth noting that this powder offers a very strong hold, once applied you'll find it hard to run a comb or brush through it (personally I actually prefer a lighter hold), so best to work it in with your fingers. While the initial price might seem a bit steep, a little goes a long way, making it a great value in the long run. If you have fine hair and are looking for a styling product that provides hold, texture, and volume without compromising on a natural look, I highly recommend giving wax Powder a try, while this offers a very strong hold, there are others for a lighter look and feel - I recommend trying out a few and find one that fits you best
