Would you be able to see a photo through this fabric?

I have tested some photos with the pvc and yes they can been seen. Would have to be kept taut though. Seems to be a good idea.

Well it's 52" wide then the length is however many metres you wish to buy.

how can i order 2.15m?

you can only order full metres but it is easily cut

Is this like the plastic rain covers for peaks and buggies is made from or is it softer and more flexible?

I would say it’s more flexible. I’ve certainly had no trouble sewing through it though on a sewing machine it’s easier with a Teflon foot!!
