Useless product. I followed all the steps mentioned but it doesn’t clean anything. After 5 mins when the light turns off, the water remains as it is. It doesn’t clean at all. Horrible product.

It seems to do a good job, gets more dirt off of berries than just rinsing with tap water

Arrived on time. Works very well. The first one I had for two years was fantastic until the housing got a hairline crack that I did not noticed, and the battery compartment got wet damaging it. Do not know how the crack happened we did not drop it. But it works so well we immediately replaced it.

Well I am not sure because I don’t see any dirt or residue from washing the berries daily, the water doesn’t move much so I cannot see the difference, just hope the fruit is cleaned as promised .

Food tastes better and stays fresher longer. Works as advertised.

Having used this product for just over a year when it conveniently (for the company) simply stopped working just beyond the warranty period, I WILL NOW GIVE MY FINAL ANALYSIS: Cons: 1. It gives far fewer cleanings than claimed and takes a very long time to recharge--at least 5 or 6 hours, though I never timed it exactly. 2. The company (supposedly manufactured in Norway) gives NO WAY to contact them despite their assurances of replacement or free servicing within the warranty period, and even Amazon could not provide any info on how to contact the company. They have no web presence that I could find. These are all RED FLAGS in my estimation. 3. There never was any visible evidence or way to know if it did what it was supposed to do--remove toxic pesticides, etc from fruits and vegetables. Pros: It was easy to use and provided convincing advertisement/information that it was effective. BOTTOM LINE: DON'T SPEND THE MONEY ON A FANCY GADGET THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS CLAIMS AND HYPE.
