Arctic Farms Freeze Dried Ice Cream Bits Bagged and Boxed - Does Not Melt (Vanilla)

The bubblegum flavor is DELICIOUS! I admit the price is kind of expensive for what you get. I buy here and there as a treat for myself and I look forward to it. The texture is chalky (cringe) but don’t bite into it, just let it dissolve. When it dissolves it turns into a thick and creamy texture that I love. Definitely try it if you’re interested… I go through a bag pretty quick! lol

This freeze dried ice cream/ ice cream candy is finger-licking delicious. The chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors taste just like the original ice cream, except that it's dry and crunchy. After all this scrumptious praise so far, there's only one thing I have to gripe about here. It's just that the amount for each bag is so small. There's only 2 servings per bag and it's not hard to eat over 1 serving of this freeze dried treat before you even realize it. I try my best to eat this dry ice cream treat sparingly, but one bag would only last me 2 weeks to 3 at most. I can't imagine how fast it would go if I lived with kids in my house. I guarantee you that with kids, over half the bag or as much as 3 /4 s the bag will be eaten up the first day it comes home unless you it hide away from them. If your children get their little hands on this bag in the kitchen, they will bust it open and gobble it up like little piggies until there would be very little left for you grownups! My main point and gripe which prevents this from getting 5 stars: the bag and the amount of ice cream candy offered here is just too small! I would gladly pay twice as much to get a "Family Size" bag of this Neapolitan freeze dried ice cream with at least double the amount of dry ice cream chunks that you're getting from this bag ( If only a larger Family size bag existed!). Otherwise I'd have to spend over 100 bucks to get a bunch of bags worth a month supply here. In all its deliciousness, there were so few pieces per bag that I felt I was overpaying and not getting my money's worth. I give it a yummy 4 1/2 stars but not quite a 5 - due to it's disappointingly frugal / stingy quantity per bag.

I love freeze-dried ice cream and I would absolutely recommend the Neapolitan flavor.

Loved this. Cute bit sized pieces. Reminds me of “Astronaut Ice Cream” from when I was a kid. Small bag though.

I don’t think they weighed the bag it definitely wasn’t a pound, but it was very good they are hard to put away. Shipping actually was quicker than ever! Absolutely will buy again until I figure out how to make it myself lol . If you haven’t tried it before you should. It’s very pricey though so giving it 4 stars for that reason.
