Bought this for my step daughters car (1.0L Corsa D) as the old oil pressure switch had started to leak through the sensor connector end. I know this is a pretty common issue with the 1.0 and 1.2 Corsas and even the genuine OEM parts fail, so it's not worth spending too much on this. So far so good and the quality seems no worse or better than the more expensive parts. Very easy and straightforward to fit (only takes a minute or two). No complaints here and recommended for the price.

I had an oil leak that I suspected was going to cost me a small fortune. I checked online though and saw quite often on Corsa's this part is the cause of the oil light flashing. So I ordered this part which arrived quickly and well packaged. Fitted it in a a couple of minutes and since then no issues. As others have said this saved me the cost of a mechanic having a look at it and potential £70-80 garage bill for a 2 minute job.

Developed a small oil leak from mid engine area and despite all the outrageous quotes and lack of supplies from most motor factors I wasn't going to be beaten or have my drive covered in oil anymore. The location of the pressure switch on the Astra Z16XER engine was just behind the manifold and behind a load of air condtioning pipes. The smallest of hands may have got in there but mine weren't, especially my forearms. Disconnected the manifold from the front exhaust and removed the heat guard from the manifold and access was easily obtained. Quick drain of any old oil and relacement of theoil filter whilst there had me ready ready in no time at all. Pressure switch screwed in nicely and using correct amount of torque had in tight and ready for refilling with fresh oil. Fast forward and the new switch has cured the problem of leaking oil so happy days. What would have cost me a small fortune at this current time of national emergency only cost me the same as a Madonalds meal. Prime next day delivery too made it a no brainer.

Not a lot to say about this other than it works and was cheap as chips identical to the original on the corsa. Two minute job if that, grab your 24mm spanner loosen off the old leaky switch clean the drips hand tighten the new one and nip up with the spanner Great job

Fitted ok, same pattern/design as other brand from national car parts supply chain company, I find they only last about 6 months before they start to leak oil, so lets hope this is different. But for the price its no major issue

Comprato per un opel corsa C del 2005, in quanto il sensore vecchio perdeva olio. Tutto semplice nel montaggio. Smontare la vecchia con una chiave inglese e montare quella nuova senza stringere troppo. Consiglio!
