Please do not buy this product, because of the below reason: 1. Service for the product is being done by some Lambodar Enterprises, which not good and are very un- professional. 2. Bought this product in Sep ' 23, it stopped working in Apr' 24. After multiple follow up with service provider they came and inspected. 3. They now say that the RO membrane has damaged, I asked them to replace as it is in 1 year warranty to which they said that only electrical fittings are under warranty and not these items. 4. Warranty on face of the product says that the beand warranty is for entire product, hence there is an ambiguity with promise they do and what they provide. 5. On asking the price of RO membrane they quoted Rs 1600, the price of the entire RO is 4.5k 😀 6. On checking the price of RO membrane online in Amazon I see, the price ranges from Rs 500 to Rs 850, on asking this to the service provider they said it is online and do not have a warranty, our product comes with a warranty of 1 year, on that I said my brand product is for 1 year and I have an extended warranty of 1 year, to that they say, this is not covered under this warranty. 7. On line I see the entire set of items that are there in RO for Aqua D pure comes at a price of Rs 1200. 8. On check the warranty details we came across that it does not covers the filter, however the on the face of the product on Amazon it is Cleary written that brand warranty is on entire product, hence they are concealing the right information and it is a scam. Please beware of this, and do not purchase this product and also ask others to be cautions while purchasing this product..
