This product is GREAT for fingernails, probably hair too.
This product is not new to me. I have been using it for years. My fingernails had started to almost crumble a little at the tips and they broke way to easily. I used to be able to use my fingernails as vice grips before this. I knew low calcium was most of the problem and I did some research and found that magnesium and zinc were part of the whole process and that most people are deficient in all three. I took the suggested amount and my nails toughed right up again. No more crumbles. No ripped nails or hung nails. Yeah. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
