I wanted to put a doorbell on the outside door for my garage. I don't know why it is but people will stand out there and knock. I usually don't hear them but I do get a notification from another Mubview outside cam that I have. That's okay, but a doorbell is better. So I choose Mubview because I already have 4 other Cams. They work good and I don't have to purchase the service if I don't want it. So I didn't. But with this Doorbell Cam, you get free storage for 7 days before the video is deleted. Wow, that's awesome because you should know within 7 days if anything "untoward" happened. Another thing I like about the setup where I put the doorbell cam is that it gives me a great view of the front of my RV garage...sweet! There are two things that I didn't like though and I realize they are minor. But the instructions for pairing the doorbell cam are do small, that I couldn't read them. Mubview has nice instructions, but they need to realize that some of their customers are over 60 years old, lol. Another issue was with using the mounting tape that comes included. Normally I supply my own 3M double sided tape, but this time I couldn't remember where I put the toll, damn. So I used the included tape. The white side came off easily, but getting the red side off was a nightmare that took me 15 minutes. Other than the two very minor issues listed above, this is a great cam at a great price. The doorbell function works very well and is loud enough to be heard. You can grab your phone and talk to whoever pushes the button. I also setup motion detection which I'll use a lot because this is the door where all my package are placed. I recommend this doorbell cam, it works great for what it's meant to do.

I recently purchased this doorbell camera and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The installation process was very easy and the app is extremely user-friendly. I was able to set up the camera and link it to my phone within just a few minutes. The video quality of the camera is truly impressive. It is crystal clear, even at night thanks to the built-in night vision. I can see every detail, from the expressions on people's faces to the color of their clothing. It's amazing how much detail the camera is able to capture. One of my favorite features of this doorbell is the ability to see and talk to visitors through the app on my phone, no matter where I am. This has come in handy on numerous occasions, such as when I have been away from home and have needed to communicate with a delivery person. I also appreciate the security features of the camera. It sends me a notification every time someone rings the bell or motion is detected, which has already helped me catch a couple of packages being delivered to my doorstep. It's a great added layer of security for my home. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of this doorbell camera. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of video quality and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality home security solution. Five stars!

I searched a lot looking for the best doorbell camera that didn't require a subscription. This is alright, not the best, but overall works well. The resolution and sound quality is great, everything is very clear and the doorbell function and the tiny speaker that comes with it works nicely. The negative portions about this camera is that you have to purchase another angle mount (if you want more coverage and view), the lag/upload speed when you open up the camera and to view past recordings are ridiculously slow. I've read that in several reviews but hoped for the best, but it really does lag and take way too long. It also doesn't record everything, to explain, I had a mentally unstable neighbor barge into my front door, and the camera caught it and recorded the incident, but only from the point where the neighbors was leaving out of my front door. Nothing at all from the person walking up to the door and opening and entering was recorded, which kind of defeated the purpose of the security camera. It records in chunks and when it does, it often (if not every time actually) leaves the important first several seconds/minutes out, probably due to its lag. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, it works very well when it works, but may miss important recordings if that's what you need it for. As a doorbell camera just to see who's at the door, it works fine. But it's not great in terms of using it as a cctv by the door. I would return it if possible, but the time frame passed for me.

Works great and stores video free as well as live view. You can add it to multiple phones for alerts and viewing, very simple. It's been a year and battery life has gone from 2 weeks to 3-4 days after 9 months. The real issue is it no longer connects to the wifi. It randomly disconnected and now does not connect after multiple resets and attempts to connect. It was great while it lasted, looking for a replacement

really love this doorbell camera — especially for the price. The picture quality is sharp, motion detection works well, and I get instant alerts on my phone. I can speak to visitors and see everything clearly through the app. Setup was quick, and there are no extra subscription fees — a huge bonus. The only downside is the battery life. It lasts around 10 days, which is fine for regular use, but not ideal if you’re planning to be away for a longer trip, like two weeks, as it may run out while you’re gone. Still, it’s a great piece of kit that brings peace of mind and fantastic value — just plan around the battery cycle.

I really like this video doorbell. But I only have 4 stars because the battery doesn’t last as long as I had hoped. But that’s the nature of electronics. And I do not believe the battery life is the “fault” of the seller. Batteries are always a bit of a lottery. I do like that I can charge it while it’s in its housing or I can pop it out and bring it in to recharge. I’ve tried it without the cloud subscription which allows for 6 seconds of video and will delete video after about a month. I recently purchased the 1 year cloud subscription which allows for up to 30 seconds of video recording. I also like that both my husband and I can answer the video ring from our devices. It comes with a little speaker box so you can hear the doorbell anywhere in our home (we have an apartment, so we just have one floor to our home). It has some great features like you can manually record for an unlimited amount of time. You can also add an SD card to increase its storage. I would highly recommend this doorbell camera! Even with my battery concerns, I would definitely buy this again.

Wanted to get a door cam after some issues with deliveries. We don't use the motion sensor as we have a joint entry way with a neighbour or it would be going off all of the time but still has a good enough camera for our needs and has a view for quite a distance, its easy to set and would buy again have recommended to family who wanted a reasonablely priced door cam

The installation is very easy, but the quality is not good, it's all the time delayed the calls on the phone when someone rings and the video has delay as well ,the wifi signal is 94% and battery 82% , a lot of delays , even in the app to setup. Not value for the money.
