RMR Brands Botanical Disinfectant and Cleaner, Kills 99% of Household Bacteria and Viruses, EPA Registered, 1 Gallon

Good stuff! Used it to clean the insides and outsides of my window air conditioners before I installed them. Smells ok, not great but better than bleach. Washes away mold easily, but takes a few sprays to get it super clean. Use in a well ventilated space as like any chemical, you shouldn’t be breathing it even if it’s not as bad as bleach. Definitely use gloves and a mask. Definitely a thyme smelling product. I sprayed it inside the ac vents, and even one of the units I couldn’t open, I saw the mold wash away, and the liquid run out a drain hole and after I turned it on, the smell went away in about 20 minutes. That was yesterday, when I turned it on today, no smell at all. This is a great alternative to bleach and one of the less expensive brands that sell botanical active Thymol sprays. Works great, and we’ll see how well it lasts.

Does the job of killing significant mold and mildew in a couple of cabinets. Difficult to kill the odor of dead mold, was hoping this did. A copule of sticks of incense helped. Zero irritation.

This was recommended for my son's sparing gear. To clean his gloves and shin pads. I love that it is all natural ingredients! So far it seems to work great! Im no longer opening the windows on our drive home due to the smell from a super sweaty workout!

RMR Brands Botanical Disinfectant Cleaner has no harsh chemicals like bleach or phosphates, and is safe around kids and pets. That said, you would definitely want your children to be kept away from the bottle, of course. It is good and strong and is a potent killer of over 99.9% of viruses and bacteria, according to the manufacturer. The label doesn't mention mold but I have found it to be preventative for that as well, providing it is used often enough. It has a powerful aroma. I transfer some from the one-gallon container to an empty spray bottle. and spray it full strength on all shower surfaces (porcelain, metal, both sides of the shower curtain). First I spray on EverSpring All Purpose Lavender-Bergamot Cleaner and then rinse and squeegee it off; then the RMR Botanical Disinfectant Cleaner which I leave on without rinsing. My shower is squeaky clean! I also add a small amount in the washing machine with every washing. I never dilute it for anything. The label lists 15 different uses for it! I have used five different brands of thyme-based disinfectants, and RMR Brands Botanical Disinfectant Cleaner (also thyme-based) is as good as any of them. They are all pretty similar, but you can't go wrong with this one. Plus at the time I bought it it was the most inexpensive of all of them. Not sure if that's true now. This is an effective disinfectant / cleaner.

As a feral cat foster, I use this to sterilize cages and the holding area for the cats.

I bought this to in place our industrial orange scent cleaner because it was organic. I think it cleans nice without any streaks but my husband doesn't like the smell so I'll be returning it. it smells like old people home or something.
