I have been using this product for about a week now and I can definitely tell a difference in my bloating. My digestive system feels like it’s working better and I do feel like I have fewer sugar cravings. I put it in my smoothie every morning there is no taste to it and it’s something very easy that I add to my morning routine every day I will continue using this. And to boost, this is definitely affordable compared to some of the products out there.

It mixes well with my coffee. There’s no taste to it and I’ve had it every day for about three weeks. I noticed that I’m more money regular. As a matter of fact, I go to the bathroom a few times in the day. It seems to keep my digestive track clear. No gas, no bloating. Which is what I wanted it to do.

I have tried multiple items. Fiber gummies, vitamins, etc. I took this for the first month and noticed the following: Less bloated feeling in my stomach but does produce gassy symptoms! After a few weeks I started having a little more regular bowel movements. Overall, I felt like I lost a few pounds but reducing carbs and processed foods also helped that. I am going for month 2. Has NO taste. I feel it is more effective by using in about 6oz of water and drinking it in one sitting. It makes the water a little thicker consistency but it seemed to help when I drank it faster than sipped on it with coffee/tea, etc. Hope this helps. I do believe it is worth trying but I do hate paying almost $30 a month...but again I do believe I feel better overall!

I’ve been using this product every day for a number of years some days if I skip a day, I notice the difference or I don’t have a BM that day if I haven’t been regular, I will have it twice a day instead of once a day but once usually once a day does it I like this product because it dissolves easily in water and it’s tasteless and I can add to another drink that I’m making. I like that there is no sugar in it. It has gluten-free ingredients and does not have a smell to it.

At 71, I use GOBIOTIX every morning.

It dissolved fine and did not impact the taste of anything I tried it in. However, it made me very gassy every time. I tried taking a partial scoop to see if I just needed to get used to it. It didn't help. I guess it's not for me.

I put this in my coffee every morning and it dissolves easily! I did figure out that it didn't dissolve as easily if I added creamer first, so now I add creamer after I brew my cup of coffee. It hasn't impacted the taste or texture of my coffee like some powders can. It hasn't caused any issues and I feel that it is working. Ordering more as I took this photo when I was almost out of the product.
